U.S. Army Lt. Col. Shawn Creamer, commander of Amy 2nd Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, thanks 2nd Lt. Panyasit Painkeo, of the Royal Thai Army 104th Heavy Artillery Unit, for his hospitality and his tour of his unit's King's Program farm Feb. 9 at Camp A in Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, prior to the start of exercise Cobra Gold 2013. At the conclusion of the tour, Creamer presented Painkeo with a "Manchu" battalion coin. Joint and multinational training is vital to maintaining the readiness and interoperability of all participating military forces.
