Thai students bring smiles to US service members

U.S. Marines and soldiers play musical chairs with students from the Phitsanulok Panyanukul School, Makamsung District, Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, during a community relations event Feb. 14 as part of exercise Cobra Gold 2013. The school specializes in basic education for the students, most of whom have mental or auditory disabilities. Cobra Gold, in its 32nd iteration, is a multinational exercise that promotes regional prosperity, security and cooperation among partner militaries. Soldiers are with 2nd Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division. Marines are attached to the Joint Exercise Support Group.
