Punlert Silippalaka briefs local health officials about rabies during a cooperative health engagement Feb. 12 at Ban Kuad Nam Man School, Chat Trakarn District, Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, part of exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Silippalaka is a veterinarian and was a guest speaker for the training event. During the engagement, participants discussed healthy living techniques and proper medical treatments. Cobra Gold, in its 32nd iteration, is a multinational exercise that promotes regional prosperity, security and cooperation among partner militaries.
