An Afghan and coalition security force stack up prior to raiding and arresting a Taliban leader in Nawah-ye-Barakzai district, Helmand province, Jan. 24, 2013. The detained Taliban leader oversaw an improvised explosive device (IED) cell responsible for directing and carrying out large numbers of IED attacks against Afghan and coalition forces. He coordinated the procurement and distribution of homemade explosives and IED-making materials to insurgents operating within Nawah-ye Barakzai and Nad 'Ali districts. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
