A group of Iraqi citizen and former detainees, place their right hands on top of the Koran during a release ceremony April 24 at Combat Outpost Apache north of Baghdad. During the ceremony, 19 citizens took the oath for their release in front of family members, government officials and friends, and committed themselves to obey the Iraqi constitution and its laws.
