Maj. Gen. Rick Lynch, commander, 3rd Infantry Division and Multi-National Division - Central, pins a Purple Heart on the chest of Spc. Eric Stephens, an infantryman assigned to Company B, 4th Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, April 18, at Forward Operating Base Falcon, Baghdad. "It is a true privilege to be here with the Tuskers," said Lynch, who hails from Hamilton, Ohio. "Once a dog-faced Soldier, always a dog-faced Soldier." During the ceremony, Lynch presented two Soldiers from the "Tuskers" Battalion with Purple Hearts, another Soldier an Army Commendation Medal, and re-enlisted 17 Soldiers.
