Afghan villagers save school, clinic from insurgents

Destroyed computer monitors litter the floor of a school in Pircuti, Paktika province. More than 20 insurgents attempted to burn the school and health clinic, April 1, but were stopped by Zarif, Pircuti village elder, and his three oldest sons, who fought off the attackers.
