The senior Iraqi teacher at the Saif Dawla, a school for orphans, addresses a class of children April 8, in Baghdad's Abu T'shir neighborhood to celebrate International Orphan Day. The Neighborhood Advisory Council and Soldiers from the 2nd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, attached to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, delivered backpacks, school supplies, snacks and clothes to the children. The event shows the local populace that the NAC is a legitimate government organization and is responsive to the needs of the people.
