Marine takes charge, earns Silver Star

Sgt. Miguelange G. Madrigal, a radio chief with Supporting Arms Liaison Team G, 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, is pinned on the rank of sergeant by his brother, Oscar Madrigal, and his prior team chief, former Sgt. Michael Dickinson, before being awarded the Silver Star Medal aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Jan. 31, 2013. Madrigal is out of the Marine Corps now but he never pinned on sergeant before the end of his service.
