Julie Martinez, a drill instructor from 4th Battalion at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., instructs a Marine Corps Recruiting Substation Chandler enlistee to maintain a plank position during a physical training exercise at the Arrowhead Meadows Park in Chandler, Ariz., Jan. 23, 2013.
