U.S. Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Arthur Hinaman, commander, Land Component Command District of Columbia, speaks during a press conference at the National Guard Armory in Washington, Jan. 18, 2013, as more than 6,000 National Guard soldiers and airmen reported to duty in support of the 57th Presidential Inauguration, scheduled for Jan. 21, 2013.
