U.S. Army Pfc. Jon Irwin, an infantryman with the Continental Color Guard, Honor Guard Company, 4th Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment, is scheduled to carry the U.S. Army colors as a member of the Joint Service Color Guard during the commander in chief inaugural ball scheduled for Jan. 21, 2013. The combined unit includes three Army soldiers, two Marines and one service member from each of the Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard and performs in front of national and international leaders.
