Ryan Haynes retire the colors at the conclusion of a transfer of authority ceremony, Dec. 24, at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. During the ceremony, the 45th Sustainment Brigade relinquished responsibility of Afghanistan’s Regional Commands-South, Southwest and West to the 3rd Sustainment Brigade, ‘Providers’.
