Frank Tate, (center left) and 25th CAB Command Sergeant Major Jesus Ruiz (Left) introduced it to the 3rd Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment, Commander Lt. Col. Frank Intini (Center Right) and 3-158th CSM Stanton Brown (Right). FOB Shindand is in the far West region of Afghanistan.
