Kenneth McRoberts, infantryman assigned to Company B, 1st Battalion, 77th Armor Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, instruct Army cadets from University of Texas at El Paso on the proper procedures for disassembling the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon Sept. 21, 2012, in preparation for the Reserve Officer Training Corp Ranger Challenge. Cadets also received hands-on training with the M9 pistol and M16 A2 rifle.
