David Van Dorpe, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District's deputy engineer for programs and project management, presents Larry Flatau, the district's chief of Interagency and International Support a penny, which is a traditional token of recognition among the Arizona project managers, during a Dec. 19 meeting at the Tucson Resident Office. Flatau also received a Superior Civilian Service Award for more than 25 years of service with the LA District.
