Col. Mark J. During the interview Menotti, Lt. Col. Jason W. Julian (left), U.S. Agency for International Development Mission Director for the Philippines Gloria D. Steele (center) and U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines Harry K. Thomas Jr. highlighted the U.S. government's response to provide relief support at the request of the Government of the Philippines. Menotti is the officer in charge for the III MEF FCE. Julian is the commanding officer of Marine Aerial Refueler Squadron 152, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
