Members of the United States Army and The Japanese Ground Self Defense Forces teamed up to collect, track and distribute lessons learned during the bi-lateral training even Yama Sakura 63, held in Sendai, Japan. The JGSDF attended a five-day workshop hosted by The Center For Army Lessons Learned team at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Both teams traveled to Japan for YS to close out the training.
