Navy’s Information Dominance, Cyber leaders sign major strategy documents

In a brief signing ceremony in the Pentagon, Vice Adm. Kendall L. Card, deputy chief of naval operations for Information Dominance (N2/N6), (seated left) and Vice Adm. Michael S.
