Command Sgt. Maj. Karl Morgan, a native of Huber Heights, Ohio, affixes the 25th Infantry Division Shoulder Sleeve Insignia-Former Wartime Service, or combat patch, to the right sleeve of Spc. Ester Tukumoetu, a native of Pago Pago, American Samoa, 556th Signal Company, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Inf. Div., Multi-National Division - Baghdad, Feb. 15. Morgan, command sergeant major, 2nd SBCT, 25th Inf. Div., MND-B, along with other members of the command group, awarded the patch to the Soldiers of the 2nd SBCT. The brigade took control of the Taji area, which is north of Baghdad, Jan. 15.
