Veterinary Civic Action program

Dr. Solomon Biruk, woreda veterinarian, teaches local animal health assistants during a veterinary civic action program (VETCAP) Oct. 25, 2012, in Hirna, Ethiopia. The 448th Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, partnered with the Ethiopian government to conduct the VETCAP.
