Lance Cpl. Alejandro A. Perez, a Struthers, Ohio, native and a crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 266 Reinforced, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) secures a carrier to hold stretchers on an MV-22B Osprey at Marine Corps Air Station, N.C., Oct. 17, 2012. The Marines conducted a notional tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel mission in preparation for an upcoming deployment. The 26th MEU is slated to deploy in 2013.
