Australian Army Col. Simon Stuart, incoming commander of Combined Team Uruzgan, hands off the team’s colors after receiving them from the outgoing command during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Holland, Multinational Base-Tarin Kot, Afghanistan, Oct. 18, 2012. The ceremony marks the beginning of Australia’s command leadership for the team, as well as a change in International Security Assistance Force members’ role in Uruzgan from a mentorship role to an advisory one.
