Bryan Pilger, an information systems operator and maintainer with Company C, Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, links a cable into a laptop computer to begin the imaging process at the automation helpdesk in the division headquarters building at Camp Liberty, Jan. 24. The imaging process includes uploading new operating systems and software to desktop and laptop computers, and it is usually completed within 24 hours.
