Residents of the Al Furat muhalla in the Al Rashid District of Baghdad listen to Sgt. Brian Hayes, a psychological operations specialist with the 345th PSYOP Company, talk about new and current projects by the 1st Cavalry Division during a patrol-and-greet July 30. Hayes also passed out literature about how the new Iraq government will be run. Hayes tactical PSYOP team works with 1st Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, patrolling area neighborhoods, talking to residents about their concerns and relaying the goals of Multinational Force-Iraq.
