Muthana, BAGHDAD-- Capt. Steven Gventer, commander, Cobra Co., 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, sits in on a Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) meeting for the residents in Baghdads Muthana District, his unit's patrol-zone. At the meeting, held July 27, Gventer answered questions from the area's residents regarding things such as the progress being made to institute reliable power and sewage lines in the neighborhoods.
