Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Quentin McDermott, assigned to the Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53), tells stories about his shipmates to students at the Baan Klong Sai school during a community service project. Mobile Bay is a part of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group and is returning to the U.S. 7th and 5th Fleet areas of responsibility four months ahead of schedule in order to maintain combatant commander requirements and Navy assets in the region.
