The Third Army/U.S. Army Central color guard renders honors to the commanding officers in the Third Army/USARCENT change of command ceremony, Dec. 18, 2007, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The ceremony was a symbolic passing of responsibility, authority and accountability between outgoing commander Lt. Gen. R. Steven Whitcomb and Lt. Gen. James J. Lovelace.
