Petty Officer Robert F. Hebron, the command master-at-arms assigned to guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), demonstrates the proper finger printing technique to Sailors assigned on Normandy to assist personal with background investigations for security clearances and to provide fingerprints for possible investigations. Hebron taught the demonstration during a duty master-at-arms course aboard the ship.
