U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Katie Garske, from Fargo, N.D., holds a falcon at a Qatar general's beach home on Nov. 26. "It is a very neat experience" said, Garske. "I got to hold a falcon!" The general invited over 100 U.S. service members to his beach home for a day of entertainment; activities ranged from water sports and all-terrain vehicle rides to Arabic cultural experiences and food.
