Disaster management experts gather in Bangladesh for 3rd annual 'Pacific Resilience'

Retired Brig. Gen. Abu Naim Md. Shahidullah, Bangladesh's director general of fire service and civil defense, spoke about the success of the 3rd annual Pacific Resilience Disaster Response Exercise and Exchange and talked about reaching even higher goals next year. The goal of the four-day exercise was to bring together both civilian and military professionals and improve interoperability and response planning in the wake of a potential catastrophic earthquake event.
