Army Sgt. 1st Class Delarna Dharwin (center), the team sergeant for Detachment Four, Joint Prisoners of War, Missing in Action Accounting Command (JPAC), salutes while the national anthem plays during a National Prisoner of War and Missing in Action Recognition Day ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Sept. 21, 2012. Veterans and active duty service members were among the approximately 500 attendees. During the ceremony, retired Army Col. William S. Reeder, Jr., spoke about his year spent as a POW in Vietnam after his plane was shot down during combat operations.
