Master Sgt. Dwain Johns (center) with the U.S. Army, Pacific Contingency Command Post, participates in a tabletop exercise with other disaster management professionals from the U.S. and Bangladesh military and civilian community during the third annual Pacific Resilience Disaster Response Exercise and Exchange in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Sep. 16. The goal of the 4-day exercise is to bring together both civilian and military professionals and improve interoperability and response planning in the wake of a potential catastrophic earthquake event.
