Lt. Col. Robert Carruthers and 1st Sgt. Donald Evans un-case the 118th's regimental flag during the change of command ceremony at Camp Novo Sello, Kosovo, Tuesday. The ceremony welcomed Carruthers as the incoming commander of the forward command post and the soldiers from Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 118th Infantry Regiment who are replacing Georgia's 3rd of the 108th Cavalry Division at the forward command post there. The soldiers from South Carolina say they are eager to continue to support the people of Kosovo in establishing a safe and secure environment.
