Lt. Gen. Thomas D. Waldhauser, outgoing commander of Marine Corps Forces Central Command and I Marine Expeditionary Force; Lt. General Robert B. Neller, oncoming commander of MARCENT; and Lt. Gen. John A. Toolan, Jr., oncoming commanding general of I MEF, salute the colors during a change-of-command ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 7. Lt. Gen. Waldhauser relinquished commands and will proceed to Washington D.C., and report as the senior military assistant to the Secretary of Defense.
