Taliban arrested

An Afghan and coalition security force detained three suspected insurgents and seized one explosive device during an operation to arrest a Taliban leader in Muqer district, Ghazni province, Afghanistan, Aug. 7, 2012. The Taliban leader is responsible for coordinating Taliban attacks throughout the area using heavy weapons, rockets and improvised explosive devices.
