Scot King, a former Marine and president of The Wounded Ride, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to financially assisting combat wounded veterans and their families, strikes a pose on his bicycle during a rest stop at the McDonald's here, Aug. 28. King's ride will culminate in a ceremony raising the flags of each state he has visited in honor of those who have and do serve in the military.
