    Two U.S. Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopters assigned to Coast Guard Air Station Mobile, Ala., are staged on the ramp at Coast Guard Air Station Houston Aug. 28, 2012, in preparation for Hurricane Isaac's landfall. An HC-144 Ocean Sentry maritime patrol aircraft and four MH-65 Dolphin helicopters assigned to Coast Guard Air Stations Mobile and New Orleans were also staged at the air station to better assist residents after the storm's arrival. Isaac developed as a tropical storm over the Western Atlantic Ocean Aug. 21, 2012, affecting Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Cuba before making landfall as a hurricane on the Gulf Coast of the United States.
