The Cat in the Hat Language Arts Center graduates enjoy refreshments after the graduation ceremony on Bagram Air Field, Parwan province, Afghanistan, Aug. 26, 2012. Graduates were awarded diplomas in front of their parents, volunteers, teachers, GiRoA officials and service members. The program is one comprised solely of volunteers and contributes to the efforts of educating the children of Parwan province through the teaching of the English language.
