The Afghanistan Engineer District-South Command Sgt. Maj. Lorne Quebodeaux addreses the district at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Aug. 20. Quebodeaux was awarded the third highest award of the entire engineer regiment for his "high degree of professional competence, standards of integrity and moral character, and a strong devotion to duty and country."
