    130th Public Affairs Detachment

    Second Lt. Andrew Shetland of Griswold, Conn., receives his trophy for Distinguished Honor Graduate of Class 57 Officer Candidate School from Col. John R. Whitford, commander of 169th Regiment Connecticut Army National Guard on Aug. 18, at Camp Niantic. Shetland graduates along with 18 other candidates from Connecticut and New York Army National Guard.
