    Causality evacuation

Medics, from the 129th Area Support Medical Company, 161st Medical Battalion, 167th Theater Sustainment Command, an Alabama National Guard unit out of Centreville, Ala., move an “injured” role-player to a litter for evacuation from a building at Mascatatuck Urban Training Complex, Ind., Aug. 9. The guardsmen are practicing mass causality evacuations as part of Vibrant Response 13, a major field training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North. The 129th is part of a command and control chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear response element, responsible for operations after a domestic CBRN incident. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
