Donna Clementoni, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Employer Outreach Director, fires a weapon at the ESGR Boss Lift event at Range 59 C here, May 30. Clementoni hails from Egg Harbor Township, N.J. The Boss Lift brings employers to military training sites where they observe National Guard and Reserve members on duty as the total force. This provides the employers with a better understanding of what their Reservists do when they are away from their civilian occupation for military duty. Participants in the two- day event flew to Cape May, N.J., in an Army helicopter to train with Coast Guard service members, witnessed an F-16 Falcon prepare for a mission, and viewed an in-flight refueling mission from the back of a tanker. They also participated in weapon systems firing, rode in military vehicles, and watched military dogs in action.
