Green Mountain Boys provide humanitarian aid in Senegal

Local villagers of Thies, Senegal, wait in line to be let in the gates of the clinic here, July 11. The medical care provided by the U.S. is part of Exercise Western Accord 2012. U.S. service members, primarily Reservists from the Marines, Army, Navy, and Air Force are taking part in Western Accord -- a multi-lateral exercise with Senegalese and several Western African nations. The training exercise runs from June 26 - July 24 and involves Armed Forces of Senegal, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Gambia and France.
