Pfc. Chase Cramblit from Circleville, Ohio, watches a safety rope, July 8, at Camp Sherman in Chillicothe. Cramblit, a member of the Ohio National Guard’s 1194th Engineer Company, is participating in a multi-part training exercise with other members of his unit. This exercise includes training in rope rescue techniques. These techniques can utilized in the event of a building collapse or a vertical rescue situation.
