Pfc. Dewain Meszaros, an infantryman for 2nd Squadron "Sabre," 3rd Cavalry Regiment paints his face in preparation for the stalking portion of a sniper certification course on Fort Hood, Texas, June 12. In combination to the face paint, Meszaros wore a ghillie suit he made in efforts to conceal his body as he negotiates through thick vegetation until he is within range of his target.
