Master Sgt. Chad Prevatte (standing), senior military instructor, University of Tampa, delivers instructions for the Army Physical Fitness Test to cadets at the Leader Development and Assessment Course on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., June 26. The cadets were given instructions and a demonstration of how to properly perform pushups and situps before taking the test.The APFT is the first major test for the cadets during their 29-day assessment known as "Operation Warrior Forge."
