District headquarters holds shura in Panjwai

Over 100 local villagers came out to a shura held at the Panjwai District Headquarters, June 25, 2012. Shuras are an important tool for the coalition forces in the area to work on building strong relationships, maintaining security and governance, and continuing to help develop new projects in the area.
