Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, based in Fort Belvoir, Va., stand in formation at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the clinic they built in Ociente, Honduras June 27. The Seabees worked under Task Force Tropic as part of U.S. Army South’s Beyond the Horizon 2012 exercise.
