U.S. Army National Guard Sgt. Paul Weber, a Security Force team leader for Provincial Reconstruction Team Farah, executes a combat reload on his M4 assault rifle during a small arms training session on Forward Operating Base Farah, Farah province, Afghanistan, June 26.
